Motivation Through - Hope, Meaning and Challenge

"Always give your best and be relentless in your pursuit, believe in yourself and have faith in your capabilities. Even if you fail, remember the certain way to succeed is to always try one more time; as what you plant now you shall harvest later." - Cpt. Nitish Kumar Raghuvanshi, President PESF

Teachers know that engaging and inspiring students initially requires building positive relationships and creating relevant learning experiences. Students who are motivated, challenge themselves and see meaning in what they learn progress faster and at high levels, even when they start with knowledge or skill gaps.

Yet other key actions also matter: setting realistic expectations, creating a needs-satisfying classroom, and teaching students to self-evaluate and self-moderate. Students who are motivated and see meaning in what they learn progress faster and to higher levels, even when they start with knowledge or skill gaps. In fact, focusing on motivation and meaning is a classroom strategy that is often underutilized.
So it is for us to  take a look at how teachers can spark inner motivation in all students by providing them with an environment to constantly challenge themselves and hone their skills and also devising a strategy to engage those who are disengaged from school and enabling those who strive to succeed; thus building a foundation to create meaningful connections that get students excited about learning and Inspired for Being Better.

Working Together Towards Healthy Mind, Body and Soul

"Health is a state of complete harmony of the Body, Mind and Soul. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions the road to self enlightenment and fulfillment opens."- Mr.Rakesh Ranjan Samdarshi, Secretary PESF

Health and education affect individuals, society and the economy, therefore we must work together whenever possible for these causes. Schools are a perfect setting for this collaboration. So we have focused all our energy towards the fulfillment of this cause and set up an establishment for the same. Schools are one of the most efficient systems for reaching children and youth to provide quality education, health services and programs for personal and life skills .

To date in India, however, integrating health services and educational programs need to be more deeply inculcated into the day-to-day life of schools and students. It remains a largely untapped tool for raising academic achievement and improving learning. We should try to focus on two concerns of the utmost Importance- Health and a connected learning environment. Meanwhile also dwelling on how unifying the fields of education and health in the school and community settings can aid the growth, development, and learning of all children.

If we are able to tackle the above mentioned challenges collectively we will surely nurture a future with unhindered spirit.

- Mr.Rakesh Ranjan, Secretary PESF
